As a realtor, I have a deep passion for the men and women who are serving or have served in our military to keep our country safe. Both of my boys served in the military; one in the Air Force, and one currently serving in the Navy.  It is with this in mind that I earned my certificate as  a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Every few weeks, I will be posting Tips and Bits From Your Military Relocation Professional in hopes of making the process of buying or selling your home a little bit easier.


    Top Three Questions To Be Ready to Answer When Applying for a VA Loan

     1. Have you or your spouse served for your country?

     2. Have you obtained a copy of your COE (Certificate of eligibility)?
